Vacancy Senior Sales Executive (Madrid)

The job description:

As Sales Manager you are engaged in contracting new clients for Traffic4u on a daily basis. The Sales Manager manages sales consultants and facilitates their success. You will ensure that Traffic4u’s objectives for the new client are realized. Therefore you maintain your own contacts with potential (key) accounts. You will also be responsible for helping the members of your team attain their individual goals. The main features of your tasks are:

  • Sale of products and services to potential Traffic4u clients;
  • Achieving the goals of the sales department ;
  • Monitoring the quality with which objectives are achieved;
  • Reporting the results to the international sales manager;
  • No account management (relationship management) is required.

Job Requirements:
This job requires that you have the following skills and experience:

  • A completed Bachelors and/or Masters degree;
  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience with an emphasis on new business;
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Search Engine Marketing sales;
  • A well-developed knowledge of Search Engine marketing;
  • A proven successful track record in achieving  commercial objectives;
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (spoken and written);
  • Experience in providing commercial training is a plus.

You are:

  • Commercial and result oriented  (a hunter);
  • Most successful when you sell from an advisory role;
  • Able to maintain good contact at every level, including boardroom level, with prospects.
